Vijay Menon has worked as an engineer, journalist, and marketing leader and has been writing professionally for over 20 years (see resume). With over 50 published media articles and years of experience in building corporate brands, he knows how to tell a story well.

Vijay has a wide portfolio but prefers taking up white papers, features, brand stories, corporate histories, and books. He is currently planning a non-fiction book on Malabar.

Marketing Collateral

Vijay has created and managed a wide variety of communication -- marketing collateral, white papers, newsletters, earnings releases, annual reports, etc. -- for companies such as Ramco Systems, SSI, Polaris Software, Infosys BPO, QuEST, Netmagic and others in India, and has created marketing collateral for IBM, Accelrys, QLogic, RSI, Adaptive Computing and others in the US (through a partner). Since these communication are the properties of their owners, no examples are listed.

Speech Writing & Storytelling

Vijay has written speeches for the CEO of every company he's worked in and now writes speeches as a consultant. He has ghostwritten media articles and industry overviews and has written and managed initiatives in corporate storytelling. Vijay was an invited contributor to Corporate Communications - a 21st Century Primer, Response Books, 2004, and is the author of The Kalpakkam Septet, a collection of short stories.
